What do you love most about your locs and why?

Freedom. I can make last minute plans are not worry about my hair.

What has been the biggest challenge or adjustment?

Self reties. I finally found a reasonably priced loctician in my area so I’m going to her now.

What’s something you wish you knew before getting loc’d?

How expensive reties were in my area.

What advice would you give someone considering installing Sisterlocks or microlocs?

It’s okay to look at other locs however don’t assume yours will look the same at all. You have your own texture and length. If you want to look at other loc babes to get a sense, that’s okay. Just make sure they have similar loc count, length, and texture.
