Locking Method: Two-strand twists only because I wanted to experience the locking process magic. My first set was installed with the interlocking method and asides me regretting the size and grid later, they didn't seem fun to experience.

Natural.
What hairstyles did you used to wear the most before getting microlocs?
My natural hair in high puffs and extensions in general.

What made you decide to install microlocs?
I’ve wanted locs for the longest time, I just didn’t know what type I’d be getting. So after some research, I chose microlocs for the versatility and "professionality.”
What’s your go-to-hairstyle?
Two ponytails (or pigtails because of my current length). 😅😅
How do you maintain your locs and what products do you use regularly?
I do my reties every 4 - 7 weeks. I wash about once or twice a week, depending on how much I feel I need a wash. My hair care products are DIY, except my latest addition (Lush Daily Leave In Treatment).
What do you love most about your locs and why?
My grid, my size, the ability to switch it up, and the compliments I get! 😍
What has been the biggest challenge or adjustment?
I’ve not really had any challenges, I go about my normal life with them!
What’s something you wish you knew before getting loc’d?

What advice would you give someone considering installing Sisterlocks or microlocs?
Be patient, it’s a whole process and if you are able to stick it out, trust me, you can endure anything in this life.
